Next Meeting - April 18th - Introduction to Digital Radio Hotspots

The Author of the QRA Website (That would be me), Brian Gudzevich - WO1VES, will be doing a talk on Digital Radio Hotspots.  It will be an introduction to how they work, what they do, how to use them.  It will also introduce new users to the world of digital voice.

The meeting starts at 7:00 PM at the Reading Senior Center, 49 Pleasant Street, Reading, MA.

    Meetings

    ​The Quannapowitt Radio Association meets on the third Thursday of the month, every month except July and August at 7:00 PM at the Reading Senior Center, 49 Pleasant Street, Reading, MA.

    Weekly Net

    The QRA features a weekly net on the Stoneham, MA 223.800 repeater every Tuesday at 7:30 PM.  Everyone is welcome to join.

    Repeater

    The WA1RHN 147.075 repeater in Stoneham is the official repeater of the QRA. This repeater is part of The Wolf Pack Repeater System and is dual mode.  It supports traditional FM analog as well as Yeasu's new System Fusion digital. It also offers Echolink and Wires-X. All QRA members are welcome and encouraged to use it.
